Declaration

All adult occupants agree to a credit check to be done on them. All adult occupants agree that a recheck of credit score can be done if rent is in arrears. I do not own a pet and will never keep a pet at my unit. I agree to hang white lace curtains within 2 weeks of occupancy. I understand that maintenance of wear & tear on my unit is my responsibility. I agree with all other house rules of Rosslee Administration. I agree that house rules may be adapted from time to time. I/we hereby declare that the information given is true and correct. I am fully aware that if the above is not true and correct or if it might seem that any information has been withheld I/we would be disqualified immediately. I/we hereby understand that the monthly rental amount should reflect in the Rosslee Administration bank account by the first of every month. I/we understand that only people listed in this application are allowed to utilise the property applied for. I/we will notify Rosslee Administrasie of any changes of information.
